Compensation: $25-30 hourly, plus $42 per completed therapy visit, with an average of 6 visits/day in an 8-hour shift. The Pay Per Visit model offers flexible earning potential.

Service Area: Southeast Metro, including Hastings, Afton, Farmington, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, South St. Paul, West St. Paul, St. Paul, Park, Rosemount, Eagan, Woodbury, and surrounding areas. Mileage reimbursement: $0.70/mile.

Schedule: Full-Time 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. No weekends.

Job Description: The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, following the physician's plan of care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy as directed, including therapeutic exercises, use of physical agents, and patient education.
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and training.
• Assist with patient mobility, safety, and use of assistive devices.
• Follow safety protocols and organizational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, respecting confidentiality and privacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of clinical experience as a PTA, preferably in community or home health.
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program with an AAS or similar degree approved by the APTA.
• Active Minnesota PTA license.
