The Lakes Home Care Services seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will support Physical Therapists by helping to develop and implement treatment plans and assist patients in regaining movement and managing pain.

You will document progress, educate patients and families on at-home exercises, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Experience in geriatrics/orthopedics or hospital settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, especially geriatrics/orthopedics or hospital/home care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Help patients regain movement and manage pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and care routines.
