Job summary

The Lakes Home Care Services seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed therapists in delivering patient-centered care in home settings. You will assist in developing and implementing treatment plans, helping patients regain movement and manage pain.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings, is preferred or home care
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
