Amedisys is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Griffin, GA to help patients maintain and improve movement at home. You will conduct periodic reexaminations, adjust interventions, and plan discharges as part of a patient-centered care team.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• At least 1 year of physical therapy experience in home health care (or mentoring if less).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days at minimum, modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

CAPTE-accredited PT program

PT license in assigned state

CPR certification

1 year PT home health experience
