Job summary

Amedisys Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our full-time team in Georgia. You will deliver skilled PT services to patients in their homes, focusing on movement, function and independence, with regular reexaminations and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-approved PT program.
• One year of PT experience in home health preferred; otherwise regional leadership approval and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct 30-day reexaminations, adjust interventions as needed, and discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
