Amedisys is seeking a licensed physical therapist for home health in the United States. The role focuses on helping patients maintain and improve movement, with hands-on interventions, reexaminations and discharge planning as needed.

Formación

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• One year related physical therapy experience for home health.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for helping patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provides interventions, conducts reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modifies interventions as necessary, and performs discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
