Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, gait, strength, balance).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapy and gait training.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care for health and independent living.
• Document observations and interventions accurately in EMR.
