Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist in Morgantown, WV. You will provide one-to-one patient care at home, perform evaluations, and develop plans to restore function, coordinating with families and physicians.

The role supports independence, collaboration with a caring team, and opportunities for growth. Full-time position with competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in State and CPR certification.
• Two years of adult physical therapy experience; home health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders and adaptive equipment needs.
• Establish goals and treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Coordinate with treatment team, physicians, patients and families.
• Maintain thorough documentation for accurate billing.
• Supervise assistants and aides as required.
