Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved Physical Therapist Education program.
• Current licensure in Tennessee required.
• At least 2 years of experience in adult physical therapy; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish treatment plans and set measurable goals.
• Communicate with the treatment team, patient, and family members.
• Document services provided for proper billing.
• Supervise assistants in patient care.
