Remedy Home Health Care is actively seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Home Health team in Ventura County. This Per Diem Physical Therapist role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality rehab and community-based care directly to patients in their homes.
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work with senior care populations, including geriatric patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You'll deliver skilled therapy services in home-based, assisted living, and community care settings, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will provide skilled rehab services tailored to each patient’s needs. Your focus will include fall prevention, strength building, mobility training, and functional independence for senior and geriatric patients.
