Rebound Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking experienced, driven, client-centered, and enthusiastic Physical Therapists in the Phoenix and surrounding areas. We aim to maximize our impact on those recovering from various ailments and conditions.

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Physical Therapist who excels at building rapport with clients, assessing strengths and areas for improvement, and devising client-centered, goal-driven treatment plans, as well as providing therapy visits.

Requirements

• Provide leadership to the therapy team supporting AdvisaCare's mission and values
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (CHAP, local, state, federal)
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs
• Collaborate with the AdvisaCare Medical Team
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with clients
• Conduct therapy and supervisory visits for PTAs within availability

Education and Position Requirements

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Arizona
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience preferred
