Aspirus Home Health Medford is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our field team within the Medford/Stanley areas.

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to pediatrics, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients at their homes. Responsibilities include evaluating, establishing treatment plans and goals, providing or supervising treatment modalities, incorporating patient and family education, and documenting all activities.

Hours: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks. Day shift, Monday - Friday, and every 7th Saturday.

New Physical Therapy Graduates are encouraged to apply! We will provide mentorship and training before you are on your own.

Sign-on bonus eligible position! This is an hourly paid position, including travel time.

Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
  • Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
