Job summary

AdvisaCare in Michigan is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to support patients in their homes, focusing on functional recovery and quality of life. You will assess, plan, and deliver goal-directed therapy tailored to each client’s needs.

Ideal candidates hold a PT license in Michigan, are eligible to work in the United States, and bring at least 1 year of home care experience. Medicare knowledge is a plus, with benefits including medical coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree is required.
• Michigan PT license is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States is required.
• Medicare Conditions of Participation knowledge is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience is highly preferred.

Education and Position Requirements:

• Physical Therapy degree.
• Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Michigan.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Current working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience highly preferred.
