The role requires CAPTE-approved Master’s in Physical Therapy, current Colorado licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Experience in community/home health is preferred, with a salary range of $101,000–$112,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist.

• Licensed to practice in the state of operation.
• CPR certification maintained.
• Driver with ability to travel to all locations.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
