Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in the home setting. You will partner with patients and families to enable safe daily activities and independent living, with a focus on improving quality of life in the home.

Minimum qualifications include an OTA associate degree, current state certification, a valid driver's license, CPR and TB/Hepatitis screening, plus one year of acute care OTA

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• One year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting.

• Empower patients to live safely and productively in their home and complete the tasks they want to do and need to do every day.
