Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. You will assess needs, set goals, and deliver therapy to enhance daily activities, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team culture.

Qualified candidates hold an OTA associate degree, state certification, valid driver's license, CPR and TB/Hepatitis clearance, and at least one year of acute care OTA experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current OTA state certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current CPR and TB screening and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• One year OTA experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with home health patients to improve daily living activities.
• Help adapt environments and use equipment to increase safety and independence.
