Riverside Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Accomac, VA to perform comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and OASIS assessments. You will develop and update a plan of care, provide therapeutic interventions, and participate in a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires active OT licensure in Virginia, CPR/BLS within 30 days, and a minimum of one year of OT experience. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctoral degrees in Occupational Therapy (Required)
• 1 year Occupational Therapy experience (Required)
• Licenses: OT license (VA) Upon Hire (Required) and CPR/BLS within 30 days (Required)
• NBCOT Certification (OTR) preferred

Responsabilités

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations, develops plan of care and OT procedures to restore function.
• Completes OASIS assessments and updates the plan with physician and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provides therapeutic treatments and equipment evaluation; documents outcomes and plans for discharge.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team in meetings and case conferences.
• Coordinates OT Assistants and Home Health Aides; supervises and documents visits.
• Maintains plan-of-care updates based on testing results and evidence-based guidelines.
