Job summary

Riverside Home Health and Hospice – Accomac, Virginia is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time PRN position. The OT will perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function and mobility in home health settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• OT license/certification required to practice in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, determine OT diagnoses, develop a plan of care and perform OT procedures.
• Complete timely re-evaluations and OASIS assessments as required.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team; supervise assistants and aides as needed.
