Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Manvel, TX. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient conditions, creating individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic techniques, educating families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas is required.
• Professional liability insurance in Texas is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on recovery techniques.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
