PARS Therapy in Tatum, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. You will partner with patients to restore mobility and independence in the comfort of their homes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, family education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver tailored treatment plans and monitor progress. Licensed Texas OT with a graduate degree and professional liability insurance is required; home health experience

Qualifications

Active Texas OT license is required.
Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse patient needs.
Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and techniques.
Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
