Job summary

PARS Therapy seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join its home health team in Georgetown, TX. You will work with patients in their homes to restore independence, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and monitor progress to adapt interventions. A Texas OT license and liability coverage are required, with prior home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
