The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, family education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver tailored treatment plans and monitor progress. Licensed Texas OT with a graduate degree and professional liability insurance is required; home health experience

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Tatum, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions
