Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Sealy, TX. You will partner with patients to restore independence and improve quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

You will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness through hands-on interventions and family education. Active TX OT licensure and liability insurance are required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a variety of patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapies.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
