Zusammenfassung

The occupational therapist provides home health services in the Beverly area under Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered OT interventions in patients' homes, coordinating with family and care teams to meet regulatory requirements.

You will supervise COTA staff, document using OASIS timelines, and adjust plans as patient needs change, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction within the home setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed, certified Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Active BLS certification; Oasis experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate patient care for assigned caseload, delegating to COTA staff.
• Complete initial patient assessment and develop a plan of care.
• Initiate and revise plan of care as patient needs change.
• Supervise home health aide visits and coordinate with team.
