Adventist HealthCare Home Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve patients in the Silver Spring/Rockville area. You will provide OT interventions, coordinate care, and document thoroughly under physician orders.

The role requires a Master’s in OT, MD OT license, BLS, a driving license, and 1–3 years of experience, with home health preferred. Work schedule is full-time, 40 hours weekly, on days, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Maryland Occupational Therapy Licensure.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license with agency insurance requirements.
• One to three years’ experience preferred.
• One year home care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with team members and managers to coordinate plan of care and patient experience.
• Administers occupational therapy interventions per agency policies.
• Applies therapy knowledge and plans patient care with clear goals.
• Completes documentation requirements in a proficient and timely manner.
• Assumes responsibility for personal and professional development.
• Supervises OT treatments and coordinates with other care providers.
