You will deliver OT services in patients' homes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in a strong bonus and benefits program, including a $10,000 first-year success bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver's license and ability to drive ~20% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care plans in home health settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide OT services and document care in EMR systems.
