Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to support patients in Toledo, Maumee, and surrounding areas. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with an 8-hour shift and includes a $10,000 first-year success bonus upon achieving key milestones.

Expect team-based care and a focus on delivering comprehensive home health services. Licensed Occupational Therapist with at least one year of healthcare experience is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state you will work.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving.
• Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Commitment to meet deadlines for charting and self-manage time.

• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Utilize EMR tools to document patient care activities.
• Cover Toledo/Maumee area and surrounding regions as assigned.

We are looking for compassionate occupational therapists with:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science orMaster'sdegree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
