The OT candidate should hold a BS or MS in Occupational Therapy, be licensed in the state, and bring at least one year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to meeting critical charting deadlines.
• Ability to self-manage time and schedule.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans in a home health setting.
