Nightingale Visiting Nurses of Connecticut is currently seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide compassionate care in the Stamford/Norwalk area. The ideal candidate will have a valid OT license and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to attend a 2–3 day orientation at our Stamford office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve their daily living capabilities.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Document treatment notes and progress in patient charts.
