Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience with patient evaluation and individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living activities.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides.

Skills

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in OH

Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser)

Current TB test (within last 12 months)

CPR certification

Ability to attend a 2–3 day orientation

Reliable transportation
