CARE ESSENTIALS HOME HEALTH in San Bernardino, CA seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress. You will collaborate with a care team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home health care preferred.

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
