HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence in daily activities within the comfort of their homes. You will assess needs, design personalized plans, and implement therapies to improve function and safety, while balancing travel and scheduling needs.

Required are a CA OT license, at least 1 year of OT experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• Current and unrestricted CA OT License.
• 1 year OT experience.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Assess patients and home environment to determine OT needs.
