Job summary

HealthFlex is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist in California to help patients regain independence in daily activities at home. You will assess needs, develop personalized plans, and implement therapies to improve function while supporting families.

You'll work with Medbridge tools, receive in-house admin support, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training to enhance patient care. A CA license, CPR, plus 1 year of OT experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted CA OT License
• 1 year OT experience
• Current AHA CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and create customized home-based treatment plans.
• Implement therapies to improve functional daily activities in the home.
• Adapt environments and coordinate with caregivers to support independence.
