Job summary

Pinnacle Home Care in Lake Wales is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to join their compassionate team. In this role, you'll assess patients’ needs, collaborate on care plans, and provide individualized therapy in their homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of OT experience, preferably in home health.
• Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.
• Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity for physical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s functional status and home environment.
• Collaborate in developing comprehensive care plans.
• Design treatment programs and teach patients daily activities.
