Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a flexible Home Health role serving patients in the Creston and Winterset, IA area. You will assess and treat patients to improve function, safety, and independence, with a focus on home-based care.

Required is an active Iowa OT license (or ability to obtain) and BLS if required. New graduates are welcome; travel within the service area and a 30-hour+ workweek with benefits are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Iowa OT license to start or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in home health preferred; hospital or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel within the Creston and Winterset service areas.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Full-time benefits available starting at 30 hours per week.

• Provide occupational therapy services to Home Health patients to improve function, safety, and independence.
