Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT or PTA) for a full-time Home Health role in Creston, IA. You will support patients in movement and function, covering Creston and nearby Winterset areas.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Iowa state license required.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) may be required.
• Experience in home health setting preferred.
• Ability to cover Creston and Winterset areas southwest of Des Moines.
