Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver patient-focused, 1:1 therapy in Vero Beach, FL. The role offers flexibility with a pay-per-visit model and potential Medicare differential pay, enabling you to tailor your workweek to your lifestyle while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise COTAs.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications.
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology.
