Job summary

Granite VNA, New Hampshire’s largest home health and hospice provider, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for home care in the Greater Manchester area. This role offers flexible, autonomous, one-on-one patient care in home settings, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, with pay of $40–$50 per hour depending on experience.

• Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program.
• New Hampshire OT license required.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience.
