Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state you will be working in.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality home health services.
• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions in patients’ homes.
