Responsibilities

• Observes, records, and reports patient response to treatment and changes to condition to the nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conducts patient assessments using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests.
• Provides OT services within the scope of practice per state laws and plan of care.
• Able to work in diverse home settings regardless of client background.
