VNA of Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide compassionate home health care in the Palm Beach area. You’ll perform evaluations, develop individualized plans, and help patients improve independence and safety in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT License
• Home health experience preferred
• HCHB experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning skills

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations

• Assess ADLs and functional limitations
• Educate caregivers and patients
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
