Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in Ft. Pierce and surrounding areas. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain independence.

This role offers a flexible schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and strong support from clinical and leadership teams. Home health experience and HCHB familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• HCHB experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Improve patient independence and safety.
• Assess ADLs and functional limitations.
• Educate caregivers and patients.
