As a 1099 clinician, you’ll choose available cases, with pay per completed visit and weekly direct deposit. Onboarding requires a CA license and a local business license; referrals are optional and unpaid.

Qualifications

• Active California PT or OT license.
• Independent contractor status (1099).
• Active local business license required in CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT/OT services in patients' homes through the Suru network.
• Manage caseload by accepting eligible cases in your service area.
• Follow Suru process for eligibility, intake, and telehealth evaluation.
