Job summary

Suru offers mobile outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients' homes, enabling clinicians to build longer treatment relationships and flexible schedules. Join a growing network of 50+ PTA and OTA professionals and earn potential extra income with higher-frequency visits.

Clinicians operate as 1099 independent contractors; onboarding requires an active California professional license and a local business license before treating patients. Referrals are optional and not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Current California PT or OT license is required.
• Experience delivering therapy in patients’ homes.
• Comfort coordinating with a telehealth process and home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical or occupational therapy in patients’ homes.
• Participate in telehealth evaluations when appropriate.
• Accept or decline opportunities and manage a flexible schedule.
• Surū handles intake, eligibility, and billing; you focus on care.
• Maintain high-quality treatment relationships with patients over time.
