Job summary

Suru-in-Home-Physical-Therapy is expanding its network of mobile outpatient PT and OT clinicians in California, offering in-home therapy with longer treatment relationships, flexible scheduling, and continuity of care.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll accept cases in your service area, submit notes via the Suru app, and receive weekly direct deposits. A CA license and local business presence are required to treat patients at home.

Qualifications

• Active California PT or OT license required.
• Independent contractor status; 1099 fulfillment expected.
• Experience delivering in-home therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home PT/OT therapy sessions.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient visits.
• Maintain accurate visit notes and billing information.
