Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a qualified administrator to lead local home health operations and drive top-quality patient care.

You will oversee providers, ensure daily operational execution, manage staff performance, and coordinate with clinical teams to meet regulatory requirements. This role requires travel and a clinical background or bachelor’s degree, with CPR certification where applicable.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor's degree or licensure in nursing or related clinical field.
• CPR certification required where applicable.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing home health offices.
• Proven ability to supervise operations, staff, and office functions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as local chief executive agent and lead providers to deliver community care.
• Ensure daily execution of operations, services, personnel performance and office management.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to meet regulatory standards.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to support field operations.
