Premier Infusion and Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Administrator to lead administrative operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate services within the agency.

You will oversee staff, records, and billing liaison while supporting clinical leadership in delivering high-quality patient care. The role reports to President/COO and supervises non-clinical office staff, driving efficiency and streamlined workflows across departments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare, Title 22 and ACHC standards preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage general office operations and support functions (data entry, records, scheduling).
• Oversee daily administrative operations for efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Track admissions, discharges, and certification dates for patients.
• Inform staff of changes in admissions, visits, and schedules.
• Coordinate patient status, scheduling updates, and office communications.
• Serve as liaison between leadership, clinical teams, billing, and partners.
• Develop and improve administrative workflows to boost efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff; manage timekeeping and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, billing, and leadership on data entry and revenue process.
• Support intake, payer requirements, and transitions to home care with clinical teams.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and patient satisfaction improvements
