PruittHealth @ Home is seeking a Director of Home Health Services to lead clinical and operational excellence in our Florida market. This senior role requires RN, PT, or OT licensure and proven experience in home health administration, Medicare compliance, and census growth.

The Administrator/Director of Operations will oversee clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, budgeting, staff development, and patient outcomes, while driving growth and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN, PT, or OT license.
• At least 2 years in home health administration or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations.
• Proven staff leadership and census growth success.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational and clinical leadership for home health agency operations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee OASIS accuracy, PDGM and RCD compliance, and QAPI initiatives.
• Drive census growth through referral management and market engagement.
• Lead budgeting, financial performance, and productivity management.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing staff.
• Maintain infection control, patient rights, and risk management programs.
• Utilize MatrixCare and performance data to drive outcomes.
