Qualifications

• Current OT licensure in practice state.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services within state scope of practice according to plan of care.
• Evaluates patient functional status and CMS documentation needs with physician input.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment to care team.
• Conducts assessments of functional ability using standard tests.
• Functionally adapt homes and environments for patient safety and independence.
