PruittHealth @ Home is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver evaluative, consultative, and treatment services to home health patients in their residences. You will assess, document, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

The role highlights a new pay-per-point compensation plan with focus on higher effort visits, licensure in the practice state, and ACOTE-accredited education requirements. Prior home health experience is preferred and growth opportunities exist.

Formación

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted OT license in state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• If foreign-trained, education must be deemed equivalent by a credentials evaluation organization approved by AOTA.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document patient health status and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and manage care plans.
• Demonstrate home health competency and patient care skills as required.
• Maintain timely documentation per standards (SOC/Admissions, ABNs, visits, orders).
• Support training/orientation of others as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and agency policies.
